2026 Registration will open April 1st 2026
Practice begins May 26th and is every day M-F. Practice as little or as much as you want your swimmer to swim and learn. Swim meets are held at home on Saturdays and away on Tuesday and Thursdays. 2026 season schedule will be posted soon.
Cost 1st swimmer: $88.30
2nd swimmer: $83.30
3rd swimmer: $78.30
4th swimmer: $73.30
($3.30 athlete-technology fee per swimmer included within the above price)

MCST Sharks are members of the Midstate Swim Conference located in Springfield, IL. Our home pool where practice and home meets take place is in Litchfield, IL at Litchfield Memorial Pool. Sharks is a summer swim team for children ages 5-18 years old that live in Montgomery County. Sharks season starts the Tuesday after Memorial Day and goes into July. Sharks coaches work on teaching correct stroke technique in all four strokes, swimming skills like dives and turns, improving endurance and finding swimmers who LOVE TO SWIM. The coaches also emphasize teaching the value of sportsmanship and team spirit - all in fun and friendly environment. Swimmers compete on Saturday's at Litchfield Memorial pool, our home pool, throughout the week and one Saturday against other conference teams at a final championship meet.

Summer league swimming only runs smoothly when every family member helps out! Parents are an integral part of the team as the Sharks are a volunteer run organization. Thank you for your support!
